asus HK reli so bad for this issue,
Firstly,ASUS HK mislead the customer of the battery capacity and PCM was the media cheated by ASUS HK and reli poor as they need to response to the readers group.
Then,it is no excuse to replace the battery as 4,400mah is impossible with the EEE PC 900. In taiwan, 8GB already with 5200mah battery in package. That is what attitube to dealcare that it was original 4,400mah come with and now to free upgrade all HK customers? Really not a large corporate behave and not a good HK dealer at all.
Thridly, HK as the first place to launch the new epc 900. How can TW ASUS to allow HK ASUS to use the lower capacity, is it a joke? 1st April alreay gone long time, ASUS so interesting.
Lastly, the battery replacement have to wait 1-2weeks time and first registered now?The battery must be in HK warehouse as the EPC 900 is original 5800mah come with.Is that wholehearly wanna replace to the royal customer on the first day selling?I really don't think so.
It is really disappointed to ASUS, EEE PC ...I will never purchase ASUS in HK again..poor service ..poor attitubes.. Reply
