Wibrain B1 with Intel Atom Featured!!!
Wibrain B1H, B1L, B1S has been revealed since last Christmas.
The size and design are very attractive and hence many people oriented to it before it launched.
Wibrain B1 featured with VIA C7-M 1.2GHz processor which has fairly good performance (in between Intel A100 and A110) but with better power management. However, maybe due to the motherboard layout, the heat control is worse and sometimes will hang up due to over heat.
According to the official Korean Webpage (translate), Wibrain B1 is going to launch Intel Atom and HSPDA version.
In which we think the Intel Atom will enhance the performance, heat and power management and hopefully will bring Wibrain B1 into further success.
This product is the most important feature of the world's first UMPC HSDPA (3.5G mobile telecommunications will also known as High Speed Downlink Packet Access) had built-in modem, as Intel's most advanced Atom (Atom) platform was adopted.
All to all, Wibrain B1 VIA version still a good UMPC as what we reviewd!!
